I was in Fort Lauderdale and actually stopped by the BM shop for the first time, normally just ship, to pick up my latest mat where I met Patrick the owner and got a tour of the whole operation...SUPER IMPRESSED! I had placed an online order for a mat but I forgot to add one of my embroidery items to the mat. I called the customer service number and to my surprise the owner (Patrick) answered. Not only did he correct my order but he also did not charge me which was highly unexpected and certainly not necessary but greatly appreciated. As a fellow small business owner, it's so important to give great customer service which Patrick did because you don't get that when you purchase from the big box stores. My order will be coming much sooner than anticipated which is another bonus. I encourage everyone to support your small brick and mortar businesses...be local buy local!
